Your competitive payroll costs will be calculated on the number of employees or subcontractors to be processed and whether they are paid weekly, monthly or fortnightly but all of the following will be included :-

Employers

• Setting up and inputting of new employer and employee details.
  
• Processing payments including any adjustments and providing payslips.
  
• Processing all other adjustments, deductions and attachments of earnings etc.
  
• Processing statutory payments.
  
• Processing starter and leaver details and issuing P45s.
  
• Dealing with queries from employees and correspondence from Inland Revenue.

• Monthly reports and details of the tax and national insurance payment due.
  
• Completion of annual P35 and P14s and issuing P60s to employees.
  
• All forms submitted to Inland Revenue online.

Contractors

• Setting up and inputting of new contractor and sub contractors details.
  Subcontractor verifications and correct tax rate applied.
  
• Processing payments including any adjustments and providing monthly certificate.
  
• Report of payments due to subcontractors.
  
• Monthly reports and details of the tax payment due.
  
• Monthly contractors return filed online.

Existing payroll records may be taken over at any time during the year and I will provide details of the information required and personnel forms, to ensure a smooth transition.

We will discuss your personal requirements for processing and deadlines. Your payroll will then be personally tailored to meet your specific requirements, accurately processed and all deadlines met.

You will be advised of any new legislation changes.

Additional Services
